What patients are saying...

I was allowed to make an appointment online from their website, filled out all the new patient paperwork, got a confirmation text (and clearly a “how was your experience” text as well) and went there on a Saturday at 915 and when I arrived, along with another sick individual, were confused because the clinic was closed and had a sign that said it was closed on weekends. Very frustrating when you have a sick child and this happens.

I booked an appointment today and when I arrived the clinic was closed. My appointment was at 3:30 and the sign on the door said they closed at 2. Had I known this I would not have taken off from work and driven 20 minutes to get there. I also could have booked an appointment elsewhere. Normally this place gets 5 stars but today was an exception. Really disappointed that I was sent text messages and confirmations but when I I got there at 3:30 the place was closed. :(

I’m just not happy with the fact that they don’t take Medicaid, even as a secondary.

I had a 9am appt. I did allpaperwork on line. I arrive on time. It took until almost 11am to get in the exam room. The staff did not know who to call to verify my insurance. 2 other patients arrived after me. They had the same VA ins as I do. They started their appt the day before. They had to return today due to the staff not knowing how to verify our Insurance. Exam went well. I got my test results just as I got home. All meds were called I to Walgreens immediately.
