I have been feeling sick since Wednesday. I was able to schedule an appointment and got in for 11:00 am. Wait time was a bit long but the services received outweighed the wait

I was not feeling well. Walked in and was seen in 5 min. Everyone is always nice there and am very comfortable with tech and doctors

Great  experience  with all staff and Doctor. Everyone was good to me ,espeially the staff and doctor.

I called in and asked if I needed to make an appointment or could just walk in for a pre-employment drug screening and was told I can just walk in so I did so about an hour after my call. The wait wasn't very long and everything was smooth and easy and the people were very nice and professional.

This is my second time coming here and I love how quick they are and it’s so clean!! The girl at the front was super nice and the provider I saw Deb was wonderful!!

After being told by my heathcare provider (Virtua) via a "mychart" message that I had to IMMEDIATELY see a doctor at an urgent care (at which none of Virtuas had any openings!) we got an appointment at Carbon Health within 15 minutes. I have been to 3 other Urgent Care sites owned by 3 separate providers over the last couple of years and yours is by far the best. Thank you!

Went to urgent care with dog bite. Was seen almost immediately. My wounds were treated & a prescription called in to the pharmacy. Always receive excellent care at this facility!

The Ardmore location for Covid testing is a tremendous gift. superlative staff and consistently fast results per the promise of 24-48 hours. I recently was tested at cvs and they failed to return the test within 48 hours as promised and ran over to your ardmore location with only 24 hours to go until my 5 day Paxlovid window was closing. I got my results in under 24 hours (a first!) so met the 5 day Paxlovid deadline. I am forever grateful for this service and while I understand there is talk of closing this location, I respectfully request that in this season of rampant flu, rsv, and other Covid-like symptoms caused by many viruses beyond Covid, that you please keep this location open. The other options for accessing testing such as cvs are not adequate and perform far below the excellent standard set by you and the team in Ardmore. Feeling as sick as I felt that day I could not have driven all the way to willow grove or Pottstown for testing, so that might also be an important consideration. Thank you!!!

We have visited the Green Street MONTCO location many times since the center opened and we have grown to love the staff there! The service is greatly appreciated and the quick result turnaround is extremely helpful. My family and I will miss our visits for testing and thank MONTCO so very much for providing this service to keep us safe.
