Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

After being told by my heathcare provider (Virtua) via a "mychart" message that I had to IMMEDIATELY see a doctor at an urgent care (at which none of Virtuas had any openings!) we got an appointment at Carbon Health within 15 minutes. I have been to 3 other Urgent Care sites owned by 3 separate providers over the last couple of years and yours is by far the best. Thank you!

Everything went great from the time I walked in and the time that I walked out. Professional, friendly staff and efficient. The Dr. called me 2 days to see how I was. That was great because he helped to clear up questions about medicine. I definitely recommend this doctor.

The doctor was wonderful- very thorough and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the nurse’s bedside manner was much to be desired- abrupt and quick and just wasn’t pleasant.

1st time visiting Carbon health and the experience was great .. the receptionist was very professional the doctor and everyone was super nice . My daughters had a colic one orbes in the ear was very scary . The doctor was very quick and was able to take it out . Love the environment. Professional and friendly.  I will 1000% recommend this urgent care to anyone .!

After receiving my results, I called Quest Lab Testing and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Quest. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

Excellent customer service. Knowledgeably answered all questions. Appointment and billing were fast. Testing next day was on time and professional. Results available within 24 hours. Highly recommend.
