All staff were very kind, respectful & gave clear instructions. From the simple online checkin process of filling out everything in advance to being called back within 5min of arrival both times. No one likes going to the doctor, especially when they don’t feel well, but this location made the entire experience more pleasant. So for all of the reasons above, we will be back next time we’re ill. If you’re needing an urgent care clinic in the area, I highly recommend Saint Thomas!

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Quest. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
