Sarah and Sohail were excellent. Sarah took various tests to determine what was the best treatment for me. I had a cold with Strep throat. I was suffering tremendously with congestion, coughing, along with losing my voice. As soon as she began treatment I felt a world of difference along with the injection that Sohail gave me. Highly recommend this urgent care. Very clean, very friendly. There was no wait time at all, and I made the appointment along with paper work on time.

The staff is compassionate, they treat every patient with sense of urgency and high level of care. They do everything to make the patient feel heard and respected.

This was my second visit to this location.  I was happy to have the online scheduling option and the screen in the waiting room showing I needed to check in.  The staff is VERY friendly, prompt and courteous.   I have recommended this office to others and have been told they were glad they went there.  Thank you for opening one in our neighborhood.

I recommend this clinic. Scheduling was easy, I was seen right away at my appointment time, PCR test results were back in 15 minutes instead of 1 week. Staff, nurse, doctor are professional and respectful.

Scheduling was easy, and staff was very friendly.  I get annual sinus infections, and I know em when i get them.  I think the doctor/nurse was overly conservative by prescribing nose spray for three days before antibiotics, and I suffered as a result.  I got there 15 minutes early for a 12:30 appt…..was the only person in the waiting room….and it took one hour and 30 minutes before I saw the doctor.  Understaffed.

Staff was very polite and pleasant.  Very professional in manner.  Very concerned about my medical condition.

Needed to be seen on a Sunday morning. Made an appointment online & completed paperwork at the same time. They were very friendly & efficient! Got a lot of work done in a very short period of time. Extremely accommodating staff from reception to doc & checkout. I would definitely recommend!

The receptionist and the PA on duty for the day were awesome. The check in process was effortless and I was seen very quickly. The attention to detail referenced my visit and the care provided. Having been a nurse for 44 years, I had hoped the doctor would have taken an adequate medical history from me, but it seemed he only had a minute or two allotted for my visit type. My chief complaint was urinary frequency, urgency and hesitancy, and no pain, however, I had been on Augmentin for 3 days with little relief and new onset nausea and diarrhea, which he did not address. His advice was to continue the med until the culture returned, but the UA was negative, making the culture an unnecessary expense and furthering my discomfort. I discontinued the Augmentin after diarrhea and several doses of Imodium. Please evaluate your patients after listening to ALL their complaints. Thank you.

My first time here as a new patient. The wait was maybe 10 minutes if that. The fact that this Henry Ford facility has access to your My Chart on the Epic system made the transition to a new facility easy. A very nice building and an convenient location. Staff was friendly and professional. The Nurse Practitioner I saw knew exactly what was going on with my condition and friendly. I would definitely recommend Henry Ford Go Health Urgent Care.
