I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person.  Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient

I’m disappointed bc I went in and the doctor took a look at me for a few seconds checking my ears, mouth and lungs and sent me away with allergy medication for $40. I dont have allergies but I suppose it was the simplest diagnosis. My symptoms progressively got worse bc of this not being properly treated. I ended up taking some antibiotics which did help. Anyways, the doctor was too quick and not thorough in her examination. I personally would not recommend unless you do have allergies, but that wasn’t even diagnosed correctly.

This was my first time coming here and let me tell you that the staff there was truly amazing very nice. The place is very clean overall I LOVE IT will come back again.

Woke up and booked an appointment online with ease. Staff checked me in was quickly making necessary changes and no wait. I sat in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes. My wait time was waiting on test results. The staff moved quickly when the results came back I could hear the timer and reading of the results. The doctor was professional.

After registering as a first time visitor I was pleasant surprised by the minimal wait time. The entire staff was courteous and friendly. Very efficient office.

Woke up this morning with a runny nose and cough. Went online to schedule an appointment and was able to get in first thing in the morning. The PA was outstanding as was the entire staff. I was taken right away and I had a lot of confidence in everyone that I worked with. It was so easy to schedule an appointment and I was able to provide all the information necessary prior to visiting the office. I highly recommend AM/PM to anyone in need of urgent care.

This is my favorite doctors office. The professionalism here is truly unmatched. There is never a long wait period, and the doctors here are very experienced. They are also excellent with kids. 10/10 recommend!

Nurse Practitioner and her assistant were courteous and paid attention to my symptoms. I have been at the New Rochelle urgent care before and satisfied enough for a return visit.
