I recently went to the diagnostic side of the IMA Facility in Shrewsbury and can’t praise them enough. The office was clean and neat. I was greeted by the friendliest front desk receptionist, Deborah. I had some paperwork to fill out which took about 5 mins and I was immediately brought back for my Bone Density Scan. The imaging tech Rachel was terrific. She explained everything that was going to be done in full detail. She always asked if I was comfortable. The results of the test came back on time as promised. It was a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend getting any testing done in this facility. 5+ Stars

I've been coming here for years now. I have never experienced any issues any of the other comments have. I have seen people walk in with attitudes thinking they are in control but no one takes the time to be in the know and when the staff tries to indulge them with some knowledge they get all huffy. This place is amazing. Be kind and courteous yourselves and perhaps you'd enjoy it as well!

From the time I was on the phone until when I showed up, everyone there was professional, friendly & very informative. Dr. Zachary Perlman immediately diagnosed husband's fractured shoulder. He took rays, told my husband to wear a sling provided. He recommended a top orthopedist for him to see. Not only that he contacted the doctor directly. Making it easier for my husband to come in to see that doctor. He went over and above. I highly recommend Dr. Perlman. He made the long wait worthwhile.

Drs. Cole and Fernando are exceptionally competent and comforting. I have been seeing Dr. Fernando for almost 20 years and she has always been caring, helpful, and friendly. You will find Dr. Cole both competent and exceptionally professional. Recommend very highly.

I was a walk in recently for neck pain. Was checked in, taken to exam room and seen by Dr./Nurse Prac and discharged all within 30 mins. No hassles and VG service.
