This was my first visit, and I am thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism exhibited by the entire staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and efficiency. Since last night , headache, dry throat,  and dry cough, check on line prompt pup out is near my house , whole body is very weak , but I still need to see a doctor (I need Doctor’s note for my work), drive to parking lot and walk in to Prompt For Lee , wait for few minutes, fill out all my information then go see a doctor !totle used 30 minutes ! Everyone is very friendly! It’s good place to visit when you not feeling well !

Came in for pain with my left shoulder radiating under my arm on my arm and down my left side. Saw Dr.Lynch who was absolutely wonderful.she advised me to get a cat scan and MRI which is scheduled. Gave me a shot and a muscle relaxer started feeling better within a short period of time. The facility is so clean beautifully decorated and the staff were amazing and so helpful. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and knowledge. They have long hours which is so convenient. If I ever need to go to an Urgent Care again it would be here. Thank you

Smashed my finger under a Kitchen Aid mixer. It immediately swelled, bruised and was extremely painful. Thought I broke it. Waited for 2.5 hours before being seen due to staff shortages that day. Other than waiting, people are always nice and friendly when I utilize the facility.

Waiting for Doctor to call with X-ray results

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

Very professional and respectful waiting time was great in and out Doctor showed support and respect also answered questions about her condition and after care.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The process was extremely efficient. Nurse and PA were kind and patient. Will return
