Bravo to the Bloomfield office! The staff at this facility was spot for friendliness. Dr. Procaccini spent time to diagnosis my situation-He made me feel that I was his only patient. What a comfortable and confident feeling for a patient. A feeling all offices should exude. It is not only the physical that needs nurturing, but the mind and spirit-when one is ill. I went on Friday, October 19, 2021 to do the SARS-COV-2 PCR/SWAB (COVID-19) STANDARD test. I also brought my wife on September 16, 2021 because she had back, neck and shoulders pain due to a body massage she received on Central Park Avenue. The waiting time was short, the doctors were good, and the staff treated us well. I live in the Bronx, and I go there most of the times for urgent care service.
