Sinusitis treatment

I woke up this morning and decided I needed an urgent care visit because it felt like I had something in my eye since yesterday.  I tried to help it myself but woke up and still felt something in there. I went to Liberty Urgent Care’s website to schedule the first available appt at 9 am.  By the time I went through all the prompts, that appt was no longer available I chose 9:15 am.  I got to the office at 9 am, easily checked in and filled out paper work.  I wasn’t taken back until 9:45 am and overall it didn’t seem very busy.  It seemed like I waited a while for the doc to come in and see me.  The time with the doc wasn’t all that long, but he was very helpful and I received excellent care, as I always do anytime I visit.  I went out to my car at 10:11 am and straight to the pharmacy to have my prescription filled.  I have recommended any friend or family member, that needed an Urgent care, to go to Liberty and I will continue to recommend Liberty.

I was able to book an appointment same day- 1 hour from time of scheduling. Extremely clean. Very efficient. Everyone was very courteous, helpful, compassionate, and responsive. Highly recommend this location.

Walked in and was able to be seen right after filling out the form. Provider Roger Chen was very friendly, patient and professional. Got my medication in half hour. Already feeling better next day! Glad I listened to my friend and went for the visit~

Had very difficult throat soreness issue causing extreme pain. Could not put off treatment until next day. Visited Optum in Wall Twp. Wait in lobby was short. Staff was very attentive. Was scripted with meds which continue to address the issue now as confirmed with my GP the next day. So grateful for the help as pain was excruciating. Now continuing recovery.

Got an appointment quickly and was able to get in and out in 45 minutes. Attentive professionals.

I was very put off by the fact you have to leave a credit card on file! I am very uncomfortable with doing that in this day and age! Receptionist honestly had no warmth… behind the desk personality and seemed robotic! NO other urgent care DEMANDS this… Back office was Amazing… X-ray tech awesome.. Alison PA(?) or dr. Was fantastic! Care great! On a side note I had trouble with the billing dept. when this was under another name! Not sure if the same person heads this up now but she was nasty! I will probably go to City Med as they have a much better system up front!

This is the first time ever that I’ve been able to be seen that quickly as a walk-in patient. I mean I was literally in & out like that!

Having been in the health care field for 25 years I can say it's a great place. The safe is both friendly and engaging. I would recommend it for anyone!

Dr. Kimberly was very helpful. I just want to say she is a great doctor and you guys should be lucky to have her there.

Booked an appointment online, showed up 15 minutes before hand, they saw me almost instantly after I checked in, before my appointment time! Very friendly and caring staff that did the most to make me feel comfortable the whole time. My nurse/technician was Rich and he was the best to work with. Really liked this experience and will go back if needed.
