Pediatric urgent care near me in Middle Village, NY

Hello. This was my first time ever visiting a modern md. I must say the staff at this location was amazing. They actually made me feel comfortable in the middle of a pandemic. So i truly appreciate the welcoming and the courtesy that was extended at this location. If i ever have an emergency or dont feel well this is definitely where i will come. Thank you so so much.

The ladies at front desk were very nice. And that’s rare for front desk women, they are usually over it and want you out their faces ASAP. However very nice. My triage nurse was a guy he was immensely comforting not at any point he made me feel uncomfortable. Extremely professional. Made sure I was good and reassured the PA will be with me shortly. Now my PA was the best she did not act til she did not want to touch me. She was thorough, answered all questions very patient with me and wanted me to understand my diagnosis and told me to ask much question as I wanted cause as humans we remember our questions when walk out. I appreciate and adore them over there.

Staff was helpful, and courteous, place is clean, was in and out in 10 minutes

The provider was dismissive and condescending. My concerns were not listened to at all.   HCP did not see what I was concerned about and when I showed a magnified picture he was still dismissive about it.

Was in pain for a few days and couldn't get an appointment with gastroenterology, until the end of November, saw Dr here and the whole thing went great, the staff , very pleasant the Dr. was a delight caring and professional, so glad I didn't wait and went the urgent care. Good experience, made feel better already

The overall time was way to long, everybody was very helpful

Walked in for my son and was seen immediately. The clinician was tentative and ensured we did all the tests we needed for the right diagnosis.

I always recommend this business when people ask for a walk-in, the staff is so friendly, I never have a long wait time ever! The Doctor there are attentive and really listen to you and take the time to explain everything in detail, I have been seen by Dr Anna and she is GREAT, her bedside manner is awesome! I never feel rushed or not heard, never had a bad experience here ever.. five stars from me!

Being a RN for 50 years I must say the Immediate Care office at Wick Plaza in Edison is outstanding! From the friendly & courteous front staff to the excellent care of Dr Christine Ibrahim. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion. Thank you for hiring suck a kind & competent Doctor!!!
