Everything was great just had an answer the same question over and over again whether on the phone or on the paper on the tablet, it was just a lot of repetition, but the staff was perfect

Our experience was awesome. Wait time was 5 mins. Staff was courteous and very friendly.

Anytime I can’t get into see my primary Dr when I need to see her I  go to your urgent care. I never make an appointment because I don’t drive so it’s easier for me to just walk in. I sign in and wait about 10-15 min. I’m usually out with in the hour. The staff is friendly and the doctors actually listen to you. That’s very important to me.  Thank you

Easy to schedule, they had a same day appt and I was able to book right at 9 am, staff and PA were SO nice, PA was informative and friendly, with great bedside manner and advice. My only opportunity area for this Urgent Care would be to reduce the wait time. It took 40 minutes before I even saw the PA from when I arrived with the 9 am appt. And all together I was there 1 hour and 30 minutes. PA was new and learning the ropes and computer systems, but this waiting time (with an appt) should look to be shortened in the future.

Nice and easy no waiting quick service and everyone is helpful and friendly

This was my first time there,I was very impressed. Everyone was so professional and kind. The building is really nice,excellent waiting room.

Everything was great wait time took awhile but I understand it was probably busy and I wasn’t feeling good

Couldn’t get appointment with my primary doctor and then tried to get appointment with urgent care and they were booked so I tried walk-in. Luckily when I went I was seen shortly after arriving. Everyone was great. So glad I went. Very good care.  Thank you.
