As a senior with serious underlying health conditions, I was very fearful to have a needed CT scan during this pandemic. After making appt. I called the Exton facility directly about my condition & risk about coming in. Shannon listened & discussed my concern with Neelam in registration & CT technician Kelly about how to accommodate my visit. All personnel went out of their way to minimize my time there, protect me & make me safe. Models of health care who went above & beyond! Everyone from the receptionist to the MD were very caring and compassionate! I have used this facility before and would recommend it anyone who needs care! There are no appointments so plan on a little wait but it is definitely worth it!

I live in Glassboro and don't mind the drive out there at all. All of the staff have been very nice and accommodating. No problem getting in and getting seen - which is almost impossible given the last couple of years experiences. In comparison to the other Inspira Urgent Care centers, this one has been the best so far.

I’ve been to this Urgent Care many times for sinus infections, deep splinter removal, even an allergic reaction to a bee sting. Staff and doctors were always friendly and knowledgable . I have recommended family and friends here.

My experience was nothing but positive. The nurse who took care of me, and also helped me at the front desk, was very professional, patient, and kind. I was seen quickly by the doctor, who took his time and was also very patient. He answered all my questions and gave me input that other doctors had not. I definitely recommend going here.
