The staff here is very nice. My nurse practitioner was very professional and knowledgeable. She took time to answer all of my questions and went over what I could expect with Covid and the pros and cons of taking Paxlovid, as well as the warnings regarding statin use. Coming here is easier and more direct than calling my PCP and hoping they call back.

Everyone was amazing! Lily was great, she listened to my concerns and had me feeling better in no time!

The receptionists at your front desk are never friendly when you check in. No empathy. They act like you’re bothering them. Their seat is very low and the counter blocks eye contact. This is a consistent in every visit over the years. The nurse didn’t show up for their shift, so appointment was delayed 30 minutes. No detailed print out of bill. I asked for one and was told would receive it in chat. The chat is only the total. Please pay your front desk folks more so you can get better people. They never know what they are doing and seem very unsure of themselves. It is always like this.

Our family frequently visits CommunityMed Clinic! They are always quick to get us in and they are always so friendly! We recently had great care from Stacy, she was awesome!

I needed my son to be seen urgently without the wait time of an emergency room. I went online and was able to book an appointment within the hour. When we arrived the front staff was so nice and the care team was so attentive they even started care in the lobby. They listened to my concerns and did everything to make sure my son was taken care of. They also answered all of my questions so thoroughly and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend Nitehawk. I have had to take my daughter a couple of times and I gladly travel the hour to continue to use them. Thank you all for being so gracious and patient.

Only issue I had was filling the info online. It kept freezing up. Not sure if it was my phone connection to WiFi or what. Other that the visit was excellent. Friendly receptionist, nurse asst.

Recently I visited CityDoc with the worst case of food poisoning I have ever had. From the start the staff was patient, helpful and quick to get me through reception. When I arrived I admit I wasn’t the easiest patient as all I wanted was someone to help ease my symptoms and help me feel better.
