I received excellent information about my condition from the doctor.

This is an excellent urgent care facility. The staff were professional, polite, considerate and compassionate. Wait time was minimal despite being busy. Scheduling an appointment was very helpful. Very clean facility. Thorough exam and knowledgeable medical professionals. Check-in/check-out was efficient and seamless.

Went to clinic to evaluate flu-like symptoms. I did not have an appointment, the front desk staff, medical staff and Doctor were extremely attentive, easy to talk to and caring. I was in and out within 30 minutes max.

I had a 5:15 appointment and when I checked in I was not told that the office was 90 minutes behind. I waited till 6pm and when asked I was told I was next. The next person taken was a walk in that arrived after me. I then waited until 6:50 to be taken back. Didn't leave until 7 pm. A two hour appointment with reservations is unacceptable especially since I was not told. My app was a follow up and I would have rescheduled given the information of the long wait. Better communication would be appreciated

The appointment was on time. The doctor gave me the right medication to control the infection and posion ivy rash. Doctor explained me in details what to do next to control and alleviate the discomfort. Also gave me hand out about the medication and what to do. This is my new emergency to go.

Yesterday was a successful day as any of my other physical appointments & thank you for your time.

People with appointments after us were called back to be seen before us. Appointment time in office did not match appointment time scheduled.

My daughter had a pretty deep cut from a razor on her finger. We arrived at 9.20pm and were seen very quickly. The doctor and her assistant were amazing. The doctor was incredibly patient and caring towards my daughter before getting her stitches and sending us on our way. Best urgent care I have been to in the area!

Needed a covid retest. Schedule and visit went well. Minimum wait for test and results, with important advice given in person and timely. Friendly staff and interaction. Recommend this urgent care facility.

I was a walk in. The front desk person was very professional and friendly. I arrived at 2pm was taken back to room around 2:45. The wait for the doctor was alittle over an hour. The doctor was apologetic about the wait. The room itself was surface clean but in poor repair. The lobby was sanitized as I was waiting by the front desk person which I was very happy to see. Although under the vending machines in lobby was extremely dirty. Overall I was satisfied with my visit.
