This place is the best urgent care to go to when you’re not feeling well. I took my granddaughter there and they took her in right away. Been there many times, you never have to wait hours like other places make you do. Staff is very friendly and the doctors are great!!

I've been coming here for years now. I have never experienced any issues any of the other comments have. I have seen people walk in with attitudes thinking they are in control but no one takes the time to be in the know and when the staff tries to indulge them with some knowledge they get all huffy. I had to get two Covid tests 1 week apart for cataract surgery. First eye results in time which is 96 hours. UNFORTUNATELY WHEN SECOND TEST WAS DONE I GOT A PHONE CALL FOR RESULTS IF FIRST TEST. I WAS AT SURGERY CENTER IN WEST ORANGE FOR NOTHING. ARE U KIDDING ME!! DO THEY LOOK AT DATES ON RESULTS. A MISTAKE LIKE THIS IS HORRIBLE AND NOT EXCUSED. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. SO U CALL A PATIENT WITH RESULTS RHAT ARE NOT CORRECT?????? SHAME ON THIS EMPLOYEE FOR DOUNF THIS TO ME!!!
