I went on Friday, October 19, 2021 to do the SARS-COV-2 PCR/SWAB (COVID-19) STANDARD test. I also brought my wife on September 16, 2021 because she had back, neck and shoulders pain due to a body massage she received on Central Park Avenue. The waiting time was short, the doctors were good, and the staff treated us well. I live in the Bronx, and I go there most of the times for urgent care service. I loved it here! Having vibrant and energetic staff made my experience wonderful. I had little to no wait and I was accommodated by Jada who was great! She made sure I was comfortable and made sure she answered all my questions before and after the test was given. Also doctor Patel was amazing with giving me the proper instructions in regards to following up after my Covid test was done. I’m thankful for this because I was very nervous about my first test but she helped me so it wasn’t that bad after all. One thing I must say though, I definitely didn’t expect to laugh during my test but Jada made sure I giggled in the process. Again, thank you guys for all the hard work you guys do and I will look forward to seeing Jada and doctor Patel if I need to go back any time soon.

I recently went to the diagnostic side of the IMA Facility in Shrewsbury and can’t praise them enough. The office was clean and neat. I was greeted by the friendliest front desk receptionist, Deborah. I had some paperwork to fill out which took about 5 mins and I was immediately brought back for my Bone Density Scan. The imaging tech Rachel was terrific. She explained everything that was going to be done in full detail. She always asked if I was comfortable. The results of the test came back on time as promised. It was a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend getting any testing done in this facility. 5+ Stars
