I thought you had actual doctors who see patients. I guess not. Very deceiving. APRNs are not doctors.

I did not get any resolution and did not understand the PCP, I still have the same situation and still is dealing with. I ended up having to go to the emergency room to get everything taken care of overall needs were not met.

Made an 8 am appt. Everything went smoothly. All questions were answered PA and staff on duty was very courteous. Good experience at this location.

Woke up this morning feeling like i had a UTI, i made a appointment for 4:15pm. I decided to take a chance a walk in at 3pm. They took me right away, and all were nice and pleasant.

Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen

It’s always a pleasure when I bring my son in for a visit. I never have to wait a long time, the staff is very courteous and friendly and the facility is always clean. My son’s doctor succumbed to a sickness back in the Spring and I brought him him here for a physical. I have made up my mind. CityLife will be his primary. The lady they have working there right now at the front desk is a very professional and good person.. that’s rare for urgent care. Make sure you keep her happy.

Don’t use solv to schedule your appointment. It doesn’t connect with the office so they didn’t have my appointment there or any of the paperwork I filled out online. Was pretty frustrating.
