I had a concern so I called my insurance co. and I was covered for this facility. It has only been a few days so my issue has not been totally resolved. I was seen fairly quickly and Medical staff was pleasant but reception could be more professional and friendlier.

Everything about this place but mainly the staff is what makes this place great. I was taken aback at how great of service I received. The staff were friendly professional prompt and timely. We did a walk-in. We were greeted and they checked to make sure they had the vaccine we were requesting. Wait time was around ten minutes. They checked our insurance coverage so we wouldn’t be broadsided. Brian was very good explaining side effects of the shot and the shots were administered by a very efficient young lady. This was a pleasant visit
