I scheduled my appointment for 8am and was seen right away. This is the second time I've been to this location and both times service was exceptional.

I had a very good experience this afternoon.   It was my first time here, and I was very impressed.

I felt I was finally heard during this appt I was to two other outside offices and here she heard my struggle with my asthma and treated it the right way

There is a lack of good communication between the front desk and the doctor in charge of calling back patients. Even though this doctor told me she has a policy of returning calls at the end of the day, she wasn’t able to tell that to the front desk so they tell the patient. Unfortunately I wasted an appointment visit that she was not willing to not charge, but better yet, loosing a new customer. Is sad to see how greedy director she is.  The staff in general is ok. Nurses are nice and even apologetic about this situation. But as they say, this matter was above their capabilities. If k ever go back I’ll make sure I’ll never have to see this lady dr director.

All were helpful and courteous. Wait time was minimal. PA was excellent as was the doctor.

Pulled up at time of appointment , nurse came out did my swab within 15-20 minutes . I had rapid and pcr done . I received a phone call with my rapid results not even 20 minutes later . Give them a break . One woman doing the swabs , friendly , professional and trying her best to do her job in a timely manner.

Probably one of most cleanest urgent cares I’ve been in. Very easy to make an appointment, no wait time but expected to wait if I had to. The front office was very friendly and the staff in the back were just as nice. Dr. Patel was very attentive and listened to all my concerns. I highly recommend to go if you need to

I walked in without an appointment with cold and sinus symptoms. I was seen, treated and on my way all within 20 minutes, which is fabulous when you are not feeling well. I highly recommend Carbon Health.

Thanksgiving Day I was sick with a sinus infection, I was able to get seen and prescribed. Fast and easy.

Went for a company physical was treated very well They listened and answered  all of my questions  Rste them very high

I had some lingering symptoms after recovering from a recent Covid infection. My husband and our adult daughter both encouraged me to visit Family First Urgent Care to have things checked out. Both PA student Tate and NP Emily (one of my favorite staff members at Family First) were caring and attentive. Emily suggested a chest Xray, which showed inflammation from bronchitis. I’ll be starting on medication this afternoon. Our whole family appreciates the excellent care we receive from Family First, both through the Urgent Care offices and also as Primary Care patients.

Woke up with a uti went to work felt terrible the whole day went to urgent care and so glad I did so so nice there people where great the only thing was when the pr came in asked me why I was there I had to do a urine sample not sure why I had to say i had a uti she had the results in her hand but it was fine thank you

The PA was excellent and thorough. He was evidence based, professional and explained his thought process.
