I went to get a covid test today. I was warmly greeted by receptionist who gave me instructions and I was called in and greeted by technician who was very nice and thorough. I waited for results and then seen by a physician. He checked my glands and throat. He was very nice and gave me some suggestions to help my sore throat. In all it was a very comforting experience and I would highly recommend the staff at 100 Mill Plain Rd. Thank you all! Ann Peters

I woke up in the morning with a sore throat.  I walked into Urgent care and it empty the staff in reception were very pleasant and friendly. I was ushered into an exam room by the RN Marianne she was professional and listened to my concerns. She immediately swabbed me for Covid, Flu and Strept. I was then seen by the PA Christine. She was very attentive to my complaints and professional.

The overall time was way to long, everybody was very helpful

I walked with a brutal cough that over the counter meds were not working. Dr. Wan was professional, easy to talk with and kind. The staff was very friendly& professional. The wait time was almost right away. I got the much needed meds and hopefully on the road to recovery. Thsnk you!

I have to say a HUGE thank you to the staff at this location. During this crazy time of Covid-19, they were cheerful, thorough, and just downright pleasant. From the front office staff, the nurse, and the Nurse Practitioner, I have the utmost respect, and am grateful for you. I just walked-in and managed to check-in and see a practitioner at that same time. I only paid the co-payment of my insurance policy and I provided my health insurance policy information. I was very pleased with the doctor’s service and attention as well as with the support of the receptionist. Yes, I would recommend and will recommend their services
