As a senior with serious underlying health conditions, I was very fearful to have a needed CT scan during this pandemic. After making appt. I called the Exton facility directly about my condition & risk about coming in. Shannon listened & discussed my concern with Neelam in registration & CT technician Kelly about how to accommodate my visit. All personnel went out of their way to minimize my time there, protect me & make me safe. Models of health care who went above & beyond! I've been to this urgent care twice in the past few years. The customer service and bedside manner is exactly the same both times and how it should be for all healthcare settings.
