Kimberly was outstanding, great bedside manner. Both my spysnd I were seen and she made us feel as ease and confident in her care. The nurse who checked our vitals was extremely helpful and pleasant as well.

It is great that you can schedule appointments ahead of time and they are usually quick to see you, especially for an urgent care.  They are also good with the kids!

My first visit was on Friday. I came in with a sore throat. They had the test for covid and Strep but not the flu. I came back the next day because a terrible cough had developed. I was given a prescription for an inhaler. This is where I feel I was not given the best care. I have a flu Virus so I should have been prescribed Tamiflu!!! I went back again because my cough was terrible. I was given a steroid pack which is helping. I've been going to Nextcare for over 20 years. They have always been outstanding. This time I feel that I truly did not get the best care!!!

I have been here a few times with no Issues. I scheduled an appointment at 12;20 and was not seen until almost 2;00The communication with the front desk was absolutely horrible. They seemed to not care and had zero info to provide  The PA was amazing

All the Staff were awesome from check in thru evaluation and treatment.

Everything went well. PA was excellent. Answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. Xray was done and xray tech was very professional. Will definitely use facility again. Would recommend.

Cut my foot on glass and I was taken in right away and treated with the upmost care by everyone from the front desk up to the doctor. The nurse on staff was wonderful…

This is my favorite urgent care.  They are so efficient and very caring about your concerns.  I appreciate them all very much.  I had a very bad experience at a Banner urgent care a couple of months ago when I was badly hurt from a fall.  They were very rude to me, both nurse and doctor.  I will always go to Gateway.  Thank you.

I had been coughing for close to two weeks and thought I better make an appointment.  Went on line to schedule and it was a breeze including the check-in process.  Staff was caring.  I I’ll definitely tell family and friends.  Thank you!

Everyone was nice, however just a regular 5 min verification that I have the flu and they give me the standard thing prescription.I walk out of there.Having to pay three hundred dollars even with insurance. I was told it was because they're a fever service and that's what they charge. Why couldn't they tell me how much it was gonna be before I walked in to see the doctor? I would have declined to go in. That's a lot of money when I already pay a lot of money for insurance out of my wife's paycheck. Thoroughly disappointed not knowing before i'm treated. Granted, I was warned there might be more than seventy five dollars for the copay, but I had no clue that they would want another two hundred and thirty bucks after I paid the seventy something. It sucks being sick and then being taken advantage of on top of that, just really sucks as well.

Front desk staff was very kind and helpful as it was our first visit, I had a handful of questions. Wait time was the fastest I’ve ever experienced as a walk in! Medical staff was very kind, attentive and informative. So very thankful we came to this location. Highly recommend this staff and location! Only complaint was the restroom was a little dirty but people were using it back to back
