I have had to come to the Pediatric ER 2 times since my son was born. Both have been such positive visits and experiences with not only the doctor but also the whole staff. So friendly and sweet to kids which is not always the case with Pediatric providers. Dr. A was so sweet and extremely helpful with the next steps to care for my toddler.

Went in as a walk in after being referred from another urgent care who don’t specialize in pediatrics. Got there about 9:15am and out by 10:20am. Very friendly staff and very helpful front staff. The doctor that day was very sweet and I like that she was very thorough about symptoms and gave specific instructions on how to clear them up quickly.

I've taken my kids many times to this location, unfortunately this time I was a little dissapointed for the looong wait, obviously I'm taking my son because he feels sick, but after 3 hours waiting, he felt worse, his fever came back in that lapse of time. Hopefully they don't make any more appointments than what they can handle. I was a walk in.

This is definitely my first choice facility to bring my son for urgent care. The staff is always friendly and they have the best bedside manner. I love the wait time is never longer than 30 min. I highly recommend this clinic.

My daughter needed to be seen. The waiting room and exam rooms were clean and baby-proof. The doctor was lovely. The first woman to take vitals seemed to be having a bad day. I signed in online and showed up 15 minutes early. We waited nearly 2 hours to be seen.

For being a walk-in appointment, we didn’t wait that long. It was about an hour since there were many scheduled visits, but it went by faster than other places we’ve gone to as walk-ins. The staff were so welcoming and professional. Our baby was looked over very well & the information we were given for his care was detailed to help him get over his fever. The doctor was super nice & gentle with our newborn. She was basically falling in love with him! She also reassured this worry wart of a first time mom that our baby was super healthy & his fever would pass quickly.

Took our baby with a fever in for a walk-in, and surprised how quick she was seen. She was crying in the waiting room for at least 10 min, but it would have been way longer anywhere else. Doctor was great also. Very patient with our screaming baby. Medicine was given and all is well.
