They were very friendly to the kids. Very thorough. Wait time is long but it’s not that long like other urgent care. It’s normal to be long cause we have to wait for rapid result but overall I would recommend this place.

What a great urgent care facility! The shopping center it’s in can be a bit rough, but you can’t tell that in the inside. I appreciated their emphasis not to overprescribe antibiotics! Too many places hand these out like candy, and it hurts your overall health! Glad we came here and will return when we need after hour care for our kids.

Waiting time was minimal, the staff was friendly and kind, the pediatrician is very knowledgeable. Sick days are no fun, but after visiting Little Spurs I feel more at peace; I leave knowing more about how I can help my children feel better!

I have been to this clinic twice with different children. Wait time is wonderful under 5 minutes. Front office staff very friendly and kind. Medical Asst very kind, compassionate, soft spoken, very good with children. Doctor/N.P as well very kind, compassionate, takes the time to explain what's going on, asks if I have any questions and does not leave the room until all questions have been answered, not rushing at all, wonderful with kids, excellent bed side manners. I highly highly recommend this location/clinic, our experience has been beyond wonderful.

I had some concerns about my son and didn't want him to miss school on Monday so we scheduled online. The place is new and clean and open on the weekends. The staff was nice to the kids and the NP had a great bedside manner and was patient in hearing my concerns and working out solutions. They followed up to make sure he was feeling better.

Wait time was very long. There was one person ahead of me waiting and it still took them 45 minutes to see me. That’s a long time to make a 2 year old wait. Doctor was nice, kinda vague. Wish she had done some tests or something. Just said it was an ear infection and sent us on our way. My baby had other symptoms so I wish she would have flu/strep/covid tested at least.

Front staff were very friendly. Check in was easy. Wait time was minimal. The doctor and nurse were so nice and sweet to our son. They got us in and out in about 15 minutes which included a laceration repair. Would definitely use them again for urgent care needs and would recommend them.

Our pediatrician was already closed by the time this started happening and I was so thankful to have little Spurs. Lauren, our PA was phenomenal as was the nurse who checked us in and did vitals. I’ve visited this urgent care several times with my newborn baby and each time seems to get increasingly better (specifically with doctor care). Location and hours are super convenient and the doctor (forgot her name) was the most helpful thus far (considering I’ve told his pediatrician and other urgent care doctors the same recurring problem and no help). She was able to give me reactive and proactive information in regards to my concerns with my baby and more.
