A gentle nurse was there to provide me with my immunizations. I had 2 that day - one on each arm. Just had to wait in line. Today, I checked to see if the medicine was in stock before I go back. A lady who answered the phone was able to check. Good job!

I had an excellent experience thanks to Ansu Molley, NP at the CVS. He was the only person I had to deal with compared to three people at Patient First Clinic. He assured me he would take me even though it was getting near 5:00 pm because the prior patient had tried to register for 30 minutes! He is very kind, personable and made my life easy. When you're feeling sick, you don't want to answer 100 questions! At the Patient First Clinic, I feel like I had to tell the girl registering me my life's story and she showed absolutely no sense of humor. Ansu was different. He asked me only the obvious questions which needed answering. He has a nice sense of humor and made me feel at ease right away. I am already feeling much better. I would go to him as my primary care doctor. Patient First has a lot to learn about patient care and satisfaction. I highly recommend the Paoli CVS Minute Clinic, thanks to the caring, considerate, friendly experience I had there.

I had to wait longer than I expected ( about 1/2 hour) but only because a family of three signed in before me. But, it was worth the wait! The practitioner listened to me. She asked several questions about my symptoms and was able to diagnose me accurately. She prescribed an antibiotic for a sinus infection and suggested a decongestant for the fluid in my ears. I was feeling better in a few days!
