When I clicked on Book It on your website, the circle icon spun and spun as if it didn't make the appt. I went through the appt process again with the same result. Later I had a text saying I DID have the appt. But when I checked in, the receptionist said the appt was NOT in the system. It was Urgent Care and she was able to get me in 2 hrs later...

Made an appointment in this morning to have my sprang ankle looked at after the pain would not stop after 2 weeks. The staff were great and friendly and the doctor was fabulous! She took her time explaining everything to me with great detail and super nice. I highly recommend this place when you need an urgent care situation.

Booked my appointment online for a same day visit, super easy and helpful. Got a few reminders even though I schedules same day which was nice as well. The front desk seemed like she didn’t want to be there at all, she was on Instagram while I was getting checked in and didn’t talk much. The MA and the provider were extremely nice and friendly, was a great experience with them. Would definitely come back

Other than a 45 minute wait despite having an appointment it was good due to staff. There are. I chairs in waiting room that disabled people like me can use. They all swivel. I suggest you get a solid chair with arms to show you care about your patients. Very unsafe.
