I have had to come to the Pediatric ER 2 times since my son was born. Both have been such positive visits and experiences with not only the doctor but also the whole staff. So friendly and sweet to kids which is not always the case with Pediatric providers. Dr. A was so sweet and extremely helpful with the next steps to care for my toddler.

Went in as a walk in after being referred from another urgent care who don’t specialize in pediatrics. Got there about 9:15am and out by 10:20am. Very friendly staff and very helpful front staff. The doctor that day was very sweet and I like that she was very thorough about symptoms and gave specific instructions on how to clear them up quickly.

I've taken my kids many times to this location, unfortunately this time I was a little dissapointed for the looong wait, obviously I'm taking my son because he feels sick, but after 3 hours waiting, he felt worse, his fever came back in that lapse of time. Hopefully they don't make any more appointments than what they can handle. I was a walk in.

Staff 10/10!!! Receptionist was understanding and comforting with our walk in situation. As well as the Doctor and assistant/ nurse who took care of us. The three of them got us into the back quickly and efficiently. I was in tears most of the visit since we arrived. Doctor and nurse were constantly reassuring me throughout the whole process, so I knew we were in good hands/ felt safe. It meant everything to me to hear their comforting words and show kindness to my son which helped me stay calm. Even noticed their attention to detail when they directed me to help hold him a certain way, asked to put something to watch on my phone for distraction, stickers and lollipops at the end of visit, etc. it went smoothly as it can be. Scheduling was easy since I was already in the system but everything is also done via phone which makes it convenient/ easy.
