Although they were very professional. They only did a urine test for my side pain. The next day, I went to a different company and they did the urine test also, but they also did an xray.  Come to find out, I have some fluid in my lung that was causing the issue. They prescribed 2 medications and an inhaler and now I am doing much better.

I would like to have my x-ray results. I went to Simon Met on Tuesday.

I called in needing an appointment and was in with a doctor in 3 hours. I had checked in online, when I arrived there was no waiting. I really liked the doctor and complete staff. I  picked  up my script and was home in an hour!

Woke up with a very sore throat this morning & I was able to be seen quickly after walking in. I was given a prescription to help me feel better. I have always received helpful, considerate care at NextCare!

Have been sick for four day, the staff ruled out Covid, Flu and pneumonia. The staff were very concerned with my health and very helpful in their advice!

I was seen for a severe sinus infection affecting my ears, nose, throat, and lungs. They were quick but thorough and noticeably concerned for my health so they prescribed me a high dosage of antibiotics. They had me wait to check the reactions against the medications I already take and revised the new prescription to better suit my needs without causing further issues. Overall, the staff, the timeliness, communication, and competence of the staff were more than enough for me to want to return if needed. Thank you for the excellent care!

I easily scheduled online for a non-emergency procedure. Check-in was quick. All the staff were friendly and efficient. I was seen by Yolanda Smith, who was great! Everything you'd want in a medical professional! Highly recommend this walk-in!

I had frostbite on my finger from 30 years ago every so often it opens up and bleeds. I put a bandage on it and the bandages kept slipping off so I put tape around it and I put it too tight bandage every two days but it wasn’t getting any better, so I came to urgent care and they took care of it. Great job.

I made my initial appt on line for 7:40 am. When I got there, I saw they were still closed. Which, now looking back I should of known better. The clinic opens at 8am. I re scheduled appt for 9:40 am. I am not sure how, or why I could be scheduled before it is open. Luckily I live extremely close by so it was ok. But others might have become upset with the miscommunication.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.
