My 89 year old dad was sick with mostly wheezing and coughing so I looked online and was able to book an appointment for 20 minutes later. I had tried 3 other urgent cares that couldn’t see him the same day. I was impressed with the staff and the doctor that treated my dad. He ended up having pneumonia, so I am so thankful they were able to see him and get the medication he needed. I will definitely use them in the future when needed.

I’ve been struggling with a virus of some type for two weeks and could not get rid of a nagging cough, feeling of tiredness, sinus congestion and headache. The staff was friendly, caring, knowledgeable and very professional. David was an excellent PA. I was given Covid and flu tests and a chest x-ray. I also received several prescriptions and detailed instructions. My husband and I have been to Carolina Plus Urgent Care several times and have always been extremely impressed and satisfied! I would highly recommend this urgent care location.

The staff were very nice and very helpful. The only issue I had was that I ended up needing to go to the hospital as my condition was more serious then initially determined by urgent care. I would have appreciated referral instead of waiting for the pain to worsen.

I had to get my DOT Physical. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by the friendly lady up front that helped me complete my paperwork. My wait was minimal. Everyone in the back was also very friendly and professional. I told my supervisor at work and he is going to start sending everyone there. What a Great experience and I will definitely recommend.
