Went to Live several days ago. The care on that day was exceptional - the best medical care I have ever received. Coming in today, it was a mirror image of my original experience. Went into Live with a bad cough, some type of respiratory illness, and I was so completely satisfied with the care I received there! The receptionist was friendly, patient and professional, I was taken back almost immediately, and both the nurse and the nurse practitioner were also friendly, kind, professional and helpful. They listened and took care to hear my concerns and treat me accordingly. I would strongly recommend Live and will definitely be going back the next time I have an issue.

Easy to schedule, they had a same day appt and I was able to book right at 9 am, staff and PA were SO nice, PA was informative and friendly, with great bedside manner and advice. My only opportunity area for this Urgent Care would be to reduce the wait time. It took 40 minutes before I even saw the PA from when I arrived with the 9 am appt. And all together I was there 1 hour and 30 minutes. PA was new and learning the ropes and computer systems, but this waiting time (with an appt) should look to be shortened in the future.

Anytime I can’t get into see my primary Dr when I need to see her I go to your urgent care. I never make an appointment because I don’t drive so it’s easier for me to just walk in. I sign in and wait about 10-15 min. I’m usually out with in the hour. The staff is friendly and the doctors actually listen to you. That’s very important to me. Thank you
