Woman at the front desk yelled at me to speak up because she couldn't hear me and repeatedly shouted at me for my name instead of asking and later had to be berated by another member of staff to stop shouting. Everyone else was lovely but some manners could be implemented for some staff

The receptionist was great. The Entirecstaff was friendly. The floors are n the room I was in needs a little TLC
