Short Wait Time

Had to call back 2 times after my appointment to have my prescription sent to the pharmacy. They ended up sending to a pharmacy different than what was put in my chart and verbally confirmed.  24 hours after my appointment and I am still struggling to get what was prescribed. Waste of time and money to even be seen.

Have visited Alliance urgent care at 84th and Thunderbird several times and always have been satisfied with results. Give a 10 to staff, scheduling and of course all professionals.

As long as Nadine Shelepak PA-C is at Alliance, I will not return. I am prone to sinus infections and have been going to Alliance for over 8 years.  I have a file with the prescriptions given to me before.  After explaining this to Nadine, she didn’t give me what I’ve always been given. Her bedside manner is atrocious. She didn’t listen to my concerns and rushed me out.  Once again, if Nadine is at Alliance, I will never return.

I loved that the place was clean, I’ve been here twice. I came back for a 2nd time because of cleanliness in rooms & waiting area. We got great care from everyone we saw. We were in & out.

Short Wait Time

While the staff was incredibly helpful and kind when I took my son in for sore throat and the visit was quick and fine, his prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. After multiple calls, it was still never sent to the appropriate pharmacy and I ended up paying more money for his script at the wrong pharmacy. I know they’re not a primary care but why have me put a preferred pharmacy if they won’t use it and why can’t the prescription be adjusted after multiple calls? Too bad.
