I hurt my back and shoulder exercising. I used a chiropractor and home remedies but they didn't help. I am so thankful that urgent Care is no longer walk in. Scheduling is so easy. Filling the forms didn't take, I had to do it twice. The front office was great. I felt listened to. The doctor or PA prescribed me muscle relaxer.

Staff was accommodating in agreeing an X-ray was necessary which I was grateful for. PA Judge hn gave me a prescription I was hoping for to be on the safe side and I am now just waiting to get the results from the Radiologist findings to make sure it is nothing more serious than what the PA felt and I agreed with I just wish there was not such a shortage of lab technicians as I had to travel far from my home in order to be seen in a timely manner.

Had to call back 2 times after my appointment to have my prescription sent to the pharmacy. They ended up sending to a pharmacy different than what was put in my chart and verbally confirmed. 24 hours after my appointment and I am still struggling to get what was prescribed. I had problems with the online scheduling. The system kept logging me in under a family member’s name. I ended up using pen and paper. The triage nurse and doctor were fantastic. I had a great experience with both of them. Unfortunately, the office had a strong air freshener which made it challenging to breathe.

As long as Nadine Shelepak PA-C is at Alliance, I will not return. I am prone to sinus infections and have been going to Alliance for over 8 years. I have a file with the prescriptions given to me before. After explaining this to Nadine, she didn’t give me what I’ve always been given. Her bedside manner is atrocious. She didn’t listen to my concerns and rushed me out. Once again, if Nadine is at Alliance, I will never return.
