Urgent care
After a few days of fever and headaches. I went on line and scheduled an appointment..  my wait  time was less than an hour. The staff and Doctor were very nice.  The customer restroom was broken, but they allowed me to use the one in the back so that was good. Over all it was a very good experience.  I have been here many times and I’ll continue to come back.   Please fix the restroom though.

Urgent care
My NP was quite knowledgeable and spot on with the diagnosis.  Her opinion for a treatment was right on target. I was pleased to have gone to Nextcare!  On a not so good note though, there was no personnel at the front desk when we arrived. I decided to wait it out. A patient that signed after me got frustrated and walked out!

Urgent care
Able to schedule an appointment online  with ease. Check-in was made easy by filling out forms ahead of appointment. Waited for 20 min after scheduled appointment time but that is understandable and also made clear when scheduling that it’s an “estimated” time. PA immediately focused on my symptoms, prescribed necessary medications and answered all of my questions. All the staff were courteous and competent. I will not hesitate to return if I need urgent care in the future.
