Had appt for 5:10 I was seen by 5:20 which us rare at urgent care. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely use them again!

I always get greeted when I go to this urgent care they already know me and my family the secretary was super helpful trying to figure out why I was having trouble scheduling through the app I was happy with the care I received and would highly recommend this urgent care to whoever is looking for a provider who cares and takes the time to listen and help them with their health thank you for everything you do I appreciate it.

Your checkin paperwork is about the stupidest fucking thing I've ever dealt with in my life. making a sick person rewrite their name and date of birth five times on the same sheet of paper is so fucking ridiculous. Really what kind of dipshit is in charge of your forms over there they should be fired immediately for being a dumbass. Unless I'm literally dying and I don't have any other option I won't be back.

Woke up for the third day straight with an earache. Around eight AM I tried to make an appointment, but nothing was available. I walked in and was told there would be a 40 minute to one hour wait. I was seen approximately three hours later.

Great Staff, although very busy- they did  a great job of managing the front and getting everyone cared for as soon as they could!

I’ve been going to this location for several years always received good care til yesterday. I’m struggling to breath I tell her what’s been going on over the last month. I don’t feel she listened very well.  She was in the room 5 minutes if I’m lucky. Says something about giving me something for post nasal drip. She never checked my nose eats throat. She listened to me breath and that was it!  Worst care I’ve ever had. I will find a new urgent care to go to.

I had been coughing for close to two weeks and thought I better make an appointment.  Went on line to schedule and it was a breeze including the check-in process.  Staff was caring.  I I’ll definitely tell family and friends.  Thank you!

That they would answer the phone after being checked out for questions been calling no answer for 2 days. Customer service not the BEST!!!

Scheduled an appointment was in 10 minutes later than appointment scheduled. Other than that great visit.

The scheduling on line went pretty well. I did not have a SOLV account and I was a new member. Now it should go smoothly next time.

All the Staff were awesome from check in thru evaluation and treatment.

Everyone was nice, however just a regular 5 min verification that I have the flu and they give me the standard thing prescription.I walk out of there.Having to pay three hundred dollars even with insurance. I was told it was because they're a fever service and that's what they charge. Why couldn't they tell me how much it was gonna be before I walked in to see the doctor? I would have declined to go in. That's a lot of money when I already pay a lot of money for insurance out of my wife's paycheck. Thoroughly disappointed not knowing before i'm treated. Granted, I was warned there might be more than seventy five dollars for the copay, but I had no clue that they would want another two hundred and thirty bucks after I paid the seventy something. It sucks being sick and then being taken advantage of on top of that, just really sucks as well.

I was very happy with how my appointment went. Very friendly and very thorough. They all showed they cared and happy to say I am already on the mend from covid.
