Had to call back 2 times after my appointment to have my prescription sent to the pharmacy. They ended up sending to a pharmacy different than what was put in my chart and verbally confirmed.  24 hours after my appointment and I am still struggling to get what was prescribed. Waste of time and money to even be seen.

I was able to easily schedule an appt within the hour. The medical staff was effient & listened to the issue I had. They quickly diagnosed the problem with satisfying care to follow up with. I highly recommend them.

Was in for UTI Ashley was very attentive and spent quality time with me. She gave very good advice that helped me get well quickly. She was outstanding with lots of compassion & empathy. A true professional!!

My visit went well except that i waited for a long time in the examination room without anyone telling me that the wait would be so long, I feared I’d been forgotten (as had happened in the past with a different provider).

Woke up with a terrible set of cold sores. Staff very professional and took care of me. Making appointment was easy

Appointment was at 3:40. Got called in at 4:30. Told PA I was sick for 4 days….I know my body and can’t get rid of this without an antibiotic. Gave me Prednisone, no antibiotic. Still sick. So, now I’m supposed to go back and pay again and wait?!? Not impressed.

Everyone there was great. In and out reasonable time. Good place

Was tested for covid and influenza. Staff was courteous and PROFESSIONAL. Was in and out in 20 min with diagnosis and prescription

I had problems with the online scheduling. The system kept logging me in under a family member’s name. I ended up using pen and paper. The triage nurse and doctor were fantastic. I had a great experience with both of them. Unfortunately, the office had a strong air freshener which made it challenging to breathe.

Wow, WOW!!  If you are suffering from pretty much anything that you need a doctor to look at and examine please consider this NextCare facility. Never have I been treated in a more expedient and professional manner when visiting a emergicare-type facility like this one. Don’t waste your time on any others. Thank you to the receptionist, staff, and medical professional. You guys ROCK!!!!!

Had a headache for 3 days in a row. I had been to this location for same reason before waiting time was about 15 minutes they gave me 2 shots and I was on my way.

The only negative thing is the wait time, even though I had an appointment.  The PA was great, took her time and listened(most doctors don’t anymore).

After battling a sinus infection for the past 4 days, I decided I should see a doctor. I went on line and scheduled an appointment this morning. I filled out the paperwork on line before arriving at the clinic. When I got there, I checked in right away and waited about 10 minutes before being called. The staff were friendly and the office was clean. I was seen by Melissa who listened to my issues and got right to the point. She was friendly and thorough. Prescribed me the medication I needed and I was on my way. In and out in about 25 minutes. I would highly recommend this provider.

Staff was accommodating in agreeing an X-ray was necessary which I was grateful for. PA Judge hn gave me a prescription I was hoping for to be on the safe side and I am now just waiting to get the results from the Radiologist findings to make sure it is nothing more serious than what the PA felt and I agreed with I just wish there was not such a shortage of lab technicians as I had to travel far from my home in order to be seen in a timely manner.

Called to schedule an appt for my husband and was able to have an appt within 25 minutes. Was greeted as soon as we arrived, had a short wait then  was taken in for reason for visit and vitals . She was excellent with a good sense of humor. Saw PA Jennifer who was very thorough and took time to explain everything to my husband. We have been there 3 or 4 times when we couldn't get an appt with our PCP and they have been excellent. We would highly recommend Next Gen Urgent Care.

The staff & the PA was personable & attentive. I was in & out relatively quickly.

Infection symptoms prompted me to schedule an appointment ASAP ( a Sunday afternoon) I was able to be seen that day. My scheduled time was 2:30 and was seen at approximately 3:15. However, was not dismayed by the waiting time due to the exceptional quality of care by MA Fabian and Provider Tamara (Tammy). Both were extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and went over and beyond all expectations. Provider Tammy was the best I have had at the Estrella NextCare located in AZ. She exhibited kindness, was down to earth, patient, professional and extremely knowledgeable with diagnosis, proper treatment and prescribed the proper medication needed for treatment due to the amount of medication I take and allergies I have to many medications. Office was clean, front check in staff was polite and proficient. I have no complaints whatsoever about my healthcare received with NextCare- The only Urgent Care Clinic I will schedule my appointments with. I highly recommend Provider Tammy as one of the best providers I have ever had with all of my appointments throughout the years of scheduling with NextCare. Yes, I HIGHLY recommend Tammy!

My great granddaughter took a big bite out of my arm and came in togetit lpoked at everyone there was very kind and Heather is a great Dr. Thank you very much Heather
