Great Staff, although very busy- they did  a great job of managing the front and getting everyone cared for as soon as they could!

Woke up for the third day straight with an earache. Around eight AM I tried to make an appointment, but nothing was available. I walked in and was told there would be a 40 minute to one hour wait. I was seen approximately three hours later.

Took my daughter here. Laura the PAcwqs absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. She made my young daughter feel at ease and gave me great advice. Highly recommended.

Everyone was nice, however just a regular 5 min verification that I have the flu and they give me the standard thing prescription.I walk out of there.Having to pay three hundred dollars even with insurance. I was told it was because they're a fever service and that's what they charge. Why couldn't they tell me how much it was gonna be before I walked in to see the doctor? I would have declined to go in. That's a lot of money when I already pay a lot of money for insurance out of my wife's paycheck. Thoroughly disappointed not knowing before i'm treated. Granted, I was warned there might be more than seventy five dollars for the copay, but I had no clue that they would want another two hundred and thirty bucks after I paid the seventy something. It sucks being sick and then being taken advantage of on top of that, just really sucks as well.

I’ve been going to this location for several years always received good care til yesterday. I’m struggling to breath I tell her what’s been going on over the last month. I don’t feel she listened very well.  She was in the room 5 minutes if I’m lucky. Says something about giving me something for post nasal drip. She never checked my nose eats throat. She listened to me breath and that was it!  Worst care I’ve ever had. I will find a new urgent care to go to.

Scheduled my appointment easily online. Check in was easy and wait time was minimal. The staff was all friendly.

Everybody in the clinic are amazing. What a wonderful peoples they listen to you. They always try to help you with a smile 100% I recommend that place. There is one thing I don’t like the restroom is always lack if we wanna use it. We have to grab a key with a big keychain. That thing is probably full of bacteria. It will be nice if they get rid of the key to avoid getting bacteria on you.

Have a pointer in my finger. Very uncomfortable. After trying to get it  out for 2 days, and only getting yellow puss and blood, the swelling became a concern. I knew I needed an antibiotic, so I made the appointment to have it looked at. I honestly had just hoped that a little more technology other than the flashlight and tweezers method I was doing at home could have possibly gotten it out to ease the discomfort. But the girl was very nice and did what she could to try and help. Got my prescription for an antibiotic and hope it works itself out over the next few days.

Everything was easy. Staff was courteous and professional. No complaints

Front desk staff was very kind and helpful as it was our first visit, I had a handful of questions. Wait time was the fastest I’ve ever experienced as a walk in! Medical staff was very kind, attentive and informative. So very thankful we came to this location. Highly recommend this staff and location! Only complaint was the restroom was a little dirty but people were using it back to back

I was feeling very sick for a few days with chest pains, fever and short breathe. It didn’t take me very long to get attended and when I did they took good care of me. They had meds in hand and gave me a breathing treatment that helped me out so much. I always receive the best service there.

Scheduled an appointment was in 10 minutes later than appointment scheduled. Other than that great visit.

Woke up feeling worse than I've had in a long time, scheduled an appointment with ease online and they took care of me asap! Would definitely recommend 👌

The scheduling on line went pretty well. I did not have a SOLV account and I was a new member. Now it should go smoothly next time.

This team is amazing! From the gentleman who does the intake (blood pressure, temp etc) to Tamara - I know my family is in great hands. Feels like a true gem to our community. Thank you all!

I was very happy with how my appointment went. Very friendly and very thorough. They all showed they cared and happy to say I am already on the mend from covid.
