The best part is you never lose your place/time that you came in even though you’re filing out paperwork. I love that you are seen according to when you walked in. I needed a Covid test it took less than 5 minutes and the MA and the PA were Awesome. I love NextCare URGENT CARE

My child has a recurring skin infection and it was much easier to schedule an appointment with urgent care than try to get into the doctor office. The staff are always friendly. They are able to provide the exact amount of my co-pay so I can pay them on the spot. The nurse and PA answered all our questions. I was especially grateful that the PA understood and recommended a prescription that would allow us to treat the infection instead of returning for multiple future visits.

Able to schedule an appointment online with ease. Check-in was made easy by filling out forms ahead of appointment. Waited for 20 min after scheduled appointment time but that is understandable and also made clear when scheduling that it’s an “estimated” time. PA immediately focused on my symptoms, prescribed necessary medications and answered all of my questions. All the staff were courteous and competent. I will not hesitate to return if I need urgent care in the future.

Place was busy but staff remained friendly. I was there for a DOT physical, and recommend that during the hearing portion of the test to perform the test in a room with no background music coming from speakers in the ceiling,
