NextCare is a great service for those visiting Marble Falls or the Texas Hill Country. I saw that no one was “waiting,” so walked into the Clinic with no appointment. It was easy to check in and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The nurse practitioner that I saw immediately diagnosed my ear ache as swimmer’s ear. A prescription later I was already feeling better. Highly recommend.

I was a walk in. Upon entering, at 10:45 am, I was told a time wasn’t available until 12:15pm. I said can I come back at 12? No, I needed to stay in the building. I was going to sit in my car and wait, but was told no. There was a woman severely coughing with the only seats available, near her. She had a wet cough, that I didn’t want near, because I know Covid is back up, once again. A place to seat those contagious vs non- contagious would be healthier for all! The care I’ve been given is always top notch and very much appreciated!

It was kinda seamless. The only hiccup was they don't do what I needed done often, so it took a literal extra minute. No big deal at all. The one real gripe is when trying to use the link they text me, I lost connection a few times because the connection is bad for that area. They have WiFi (guest) but no access because its password protected

I was injured at work last week. Today was my 1 week follow-up. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable, compassionate and understanding and is getting me the treatments I need. The front desk people are very friendly and efficient as well as the MAs. Very good experience apart from the injury.
