Had a severe allergic reaction to new eye drops for my dry wyes. Broke out in hives welts and a rash. The Dr. (PA) was so kind and knowledgable. She put my fears at ease. Very professional. Yes re commend her 1000%. Staff also is kind.

My little and I needed to be seen after both feeling sick the last few days, we first made an appointment at another facility unrelated to this facility and they ignored our appointment and stated the wait would be 1-2 hours so we left and came here….Best decision I made that day was to come to this office. Not only was the office clean and ready to see patients but the doctor was great with me and my little one as well as his amazing staff. This place made an urgent care visit while feeling terrible, so much better than it should be. I live in Hemet/French Valley area and I will gladly travel here for our visits in the future.  I 100% recommend this facility, staff, and provider Dr. Hayes

First time here and everyone was super friendly and the facility is really clean. I decided to come here due to symptoms of a sinus infection. I love how easy it was to make an appt, especially same day! I also saw a sign that they take walk ins. Overall great experience!

Unfortunately Dr Watkins was not able to get  in touch with me. I did not read the instructions well and did not click on the link 10 minutes before the designated time. Frankly I confess that I am not very technically savvy. I just figured that the Dr would call me. Thank you.

I was able to get a Telehealth appointment the same day from the awesome front desk scheduling ladies (thank you) and the doctor was able to update my my referrals right away. The front desk people immediately sent my referrals to be processed. I would recommend this office to anyone who wants high quality, immediate service!

My last review was mistakenly submitted to AME Medical Group. In fact it was for a different Urgent Care in Cerritos on Bloomfield Ave. which is run by some Chinese people. I apologize for making a wrong submission. Indeed, my experience with AME Medical Group, Norwalk went very well. I am very pleased to meet Dr. Mishal, her humble and polite attitude, her professional knowledge and her dealing with the patients. I am also very pleased to meet the staff who was very professional and polite. Overall my experience with AME Medical Group turned out very good.

Went in for a throat problem. Dr. Bailey checked me out and gave me a good recommendation. Very friendly and totally would recommend this urgent care.

I took my son in that had a fever and cough and I needed no appointment. Doctor and staff were very friendly I also walked out of the office with medicine for my son.
