My Primary Dr. had no available appointments and told me to go to an Urgent Care. I selected Inland Urgent Care, and when I walked in I was greeted by a friendly staff! The nurse was so helpful and the Dr. was amazing! He listened and really took his time and answered all of my questions and concerns! I am confident I am on the mend!! Happy I chose Inland Urgent Care!

The PA was kind and non alarming!  I didn’t feel that way with the previous visit 2 days before! She explained things carefully, so I understood what I was dealing with and prescribed the correct medication! The previous PA told me I would get a call with the results of my urine  test, but I never got that call and my antibiotics needed to be changed. I developed a fever and came in again! Not sure why I never got that call???

Was looking for a new place after moving, and I will definitely be coming back! From the front staff to the MA to the PA, all my questions were answered with respect. I was a walk in and didn’t wait as long as I had thought, Their online presence makes this place easy to navigate and schedule and view medical records.

Both the doctor and the nurse I saw were great, I feel like I was very well taken care of and heard, they alleviated my concerns, informed me clearly, and gave me a clear plan of action. I wish that doctor could be my primary care physician actually. It was awesome!

Made my appointment same day and everything from check in to my departure was great! The team at the Cypress location is always pleasant, efficient and friendly I highly recommend them!! Thank you!

Took my daughter this afternoon to get her ears checked for a possible infection from her earrings. The front desk staff were super friendly , the gentleman that saw us before the doctor was as well. The doctor was awesome. My daughter was super nervous and she made her feel at ease. Even asked her questions about her stuffed animals she had which just showed she cared and wanted to make her feel relaxed! Experience couldn’t have been better!!

Very convenient location there. Was very nice considering she was the only Dr. On. Duty...lots of people that day!

Clinic did not have catheters, I was referred to ER, very disappointed

I had a carbuncle IYKYK. The Doctor I saw specialized in dermatology. She was amazing. Her bedside manner was friendly and approachable. The procedure was painful but she managed my pain well.

Amazing, so quick and helpful. Took the time to hear my ailments and talk through all of my treatment options. Will come back anytime I am not feeling well.
