Everything is awesome there! Everything is clean and everyone is knowledgeable and nice.

Making appointment online was easy and only a very short wait time.

The PA was kind and non alarming!  I didn’t feel that way with the previous visit 2 days before! She explained things carefully, so I understood what I was dealing with and prescribed the correct medication! The previous PA told me I would get a call with the results of my urine  test, but I never got that call and my antibiotics needed to be changed. I developed a fever and came in again! Not sure why I never got that call???

Had eye difficulty and when we contacted your urgent care facility we specifically asked if you had the equipment to test an eye and was informed that you had it. However, when we went there, that was not the case.

Brought my daughter in for her 1030 appointment she wasn’t feeling well. The medical staff is very nice. The doctor is fantastic a good place to bring a family member.

I went in as walk in because I had sore throat a long with ear ache my Dr Office does not have urgent care anymore and I've been to this location before so I went back aIcwas pleased with time to be seen and I was treated with the upmost care thanks to your Staff

needed some medical attention, found this spot online and was able to book an appointment next day. really nice team overall and got my issue sorted through good care

So I’m like 100% sure I have either the flu or Covid. I came in here only because I have an infant my older boys I’ve had Covid in the flu. My baby is only one and a half so I didn’t want to get swabbed for Covid and the flu the PA who was working I believe his name was Jeremy obviously did not want to do any testing again. I have an infant. I don’t feel like sitting in an urgent care for 12+ hours nor do I feel like having my infant hospitalized due to Covid and or the flu so I had to walk my ass back to the Carbon health to tell them I wanted to get swabbed for Covid and the flu. It’s a little bit annoying that I come out of my way and pay for a visit when I don’t get anything done all he tested me for was strep and I knew I didn’t have strep. He did not listen to any of my concerns and or symptoms He sat there and said that everything seems to be revolving around my throat hurting, which was not the case I never once said that the nurse Lulu was amazing. She helped me and she also did my swab test.

Very quick service, and great care! Great communication and I felt in good hands.

First time walking in and visiting the clinic. Everybody is super friendly. I’m recommending this place to my family members who go to other facilities at the moment.

This was a great place. Everyone was very nice and caring. We Loved that there was an X-ray tech and machine onsite. Is definitely recommend as well as go back if I ever need to.

Always have a good experience at this urgent care. Have been to others in the area, and they do not compare with professionalism and care received. I always feel taken care of when I come here. Zero complaints.

I love that i finally found a local urgent care that is not only at a good distance but delivers quality care. I come here for both myself and my kids whenever we aren’t feeling well and doctors are always great.
