Grace Chung was so professional, took history and ordered tests, received results in the stop at noon next day! Not only am I extremely pleased, I won’t hesitate to refer!

Everything is awesome there! Everything is clean and everyone is knowledgeable and nice.

Had eye difficulty and when we contacted your urgent care facility we specifically asked if you had the equipment to test an eye and was informed that you had it. However, when we went there, that was not the case.

First time walking in and visiting the clinic. Everybody is super friendly. I’m recommending this place to my family members who go to other facilities at the moment.

The Staff was very nice and made sure that they covered and test that had to do with my injury.

Didn’t care for doctor didn’t impress me at all telling me to get go this store get this when sick just need prescription

The PA was kind and non alarming!  I didn’t feel that way with the previous visit 2 days before! She explained things carefully, so I understood what I was dealing with and prescribed the correct medication! The previous PA told me I would get a call with the results of my urine  test, but I never got that call and my antibiotics needed to be changed. I developed a fever and came in again! Not sure why I never got that call???

Scheduling error online. Major conflict. The staff was SO KIND and accommodated me.

I was in and out. Everyone was very friendly if I were to go to the ER they would have taken almost 7 hours. The staff was a great help to me. Everything was well organized. We definitely recommend coming here to anyone !!

So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! They helped us thoroughly, thoughtfully and with incredible kindness. Thank you immensely.

This was a great place. Everyone was very nice and caring. We Loved that there was an X-ray tech and machine onsite. Is definitely recommend as well as go back if I ever need to.

Online scheduling with txt msg reminder was easy and helpful. Check in was easy and straightforward, they let me know right away what is covered. I waited about 8 minutes in total before o saw the PA and she was very professional and patient. I would definitely recommend this place.

So I’m like 100% sure I have either the flu or Covid. I came in here only because I have an infant my older boys I’ve had Covid in the flu. My baby is only one and a half so I didn’t want to get swabbed for Covid and the flu the PA who was working I believe his name was Jeremy obviously did not want to do any testing again. I have an infant. I don’t feel like sitting in an urgent care for 12+ hours nor do I feel like having my infant hospitalized due to Covid and or the flu so I had to walk my ass back to the Carbon health to tell them I wanted to get swabbed for Covid and the flu. It’s a little bit annoying that I come out of my way and pay for a visit when I don’t get anything done all he tested me for was strep and I knew I didn’t have strep. He did not listen to any of my concerns and or symptoms He sat there and said that everything seems to be revolving around my throat hurting, which was not the case I never once said that the nurse Lulu was amazing. She helped me and she also did my swab test.

I walked in to urgent care and didn’t have a long wait. Check-in was a breeze. The staff was friendly and informative. The doctor was knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner.   I highly recommend this urgent care.

Slipped and fell in the shower.  I walked in to the clinic and was taken care of.  Very nice receptionist and doctor.

I went in as walk in because I had sore throat a long with ear ache my Dr Office does not have urgent care anymore and I've been to this location before so I went back aIcwas pleased with time to be seen and I was treated with the upmost care thanks to your Staff
