I've had to visit here a few times and every time has been a great experience. Friendly, kind and hardly any wait time. I highly recommend it

I don’t know how to start… I had fun at this urgent care!! The staff was so wonderful something I have n ever experienced before. They were so nice and truly care about how you are feeling. My nurse practitioner was so kind and spent quite a bit of time with my daughter and I. She did a thorough exam and prescribed me everything needed and gave me some important lifestyle information that will help me with many things.  She was extremely beautiful as well I dont know if that really matters here but this woman was just like super human lol.  Anyway i loved this experience I have never had a better one anywhere. My daughter and I left laughing smiling and waving at the best medical staff in the world!! Sunny Hills Urgent Care is top of the list hands down. Thank you guys!!!

I am always happy with my visits if I have to go here.  My check in is very easy and the staff is always so nice and friendly!! I was a walk in and was seen within 20 min.  The doctor was very kind and knowledgeable.  Just a great place if you have to go to Urgent Care!

Had an appt, waited over an hour and then was in and out 10 min once dr was ready. Cost tbd

Nychelle was awesome! So helpful and friendly and so good with my daughter. You can tell she’s a mom and great with littles and great with me as a first time mom telling me I’m doing great! She was amazing.

Had a rash on my leg made an appointment, checked in, staff very friendly, was already checked in. Doctor friendly and concerned. He prescribed treatment and prescription was sent in. I was also able to make a follow up appointment. Picked up the prescription within an hour,

I scheduled an appointment online with an immediate opening. Easy first time check-in. Nurse took vitals, was very friendly and efficient.  Was seen, took care of my issue and went next door ( CVS)to pick up my Rx. All done in less than 20 minutes with excellent care I would recommend this facility to anyone in Moorpark.

I’ve been to this urgent care many times before and I guess they now have an online scheduling system that I wished I knew about sooner. Staff were very friendly and welcoming except for the woman at the check in counter. Very direct and cold. Clinic needs a good deep cleaning. I would still recommend this clinic as the doctors are always great!

I have waited to write this review as i don't like being negative. I have 2 recent experiences at this office. 1 scheduled appointment and 1 walk in with my 2 yr old after an accident. Both times the wait times and office staff and technicians were fantastic. They all appropriately engaged with my daughter and did their best to make her feel comfortable. Unfortunately I am not happy with the care and service of the Nurse Practioner I saw both times. I feel my daughters head laceration was delt with incorrectly, even after multiple questions about the procedure. After a ER visit and CHLA visit for the same laceration later that day, it was deemed that they would have done the treatment differently and as time had passed there was little that could be done. Basically my 2 yr old will probably end up with more of a scar on her forehead due to method that was used. At my following appointment The Nurse Practitioner asked how my 2 yr old was at my and when I explained she made no comment and seemed uninterested.

I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Watkins and staff. Overall recommend location

The wait took a bit long, but not unbearable. The staff is the nicest I have ever experienced!

Besides the wait, the doc was great. She was thorough, knowledgeable and informative.

Went in for a throat problem. Dr. Bailey checked me out and gave me a good recommendation. Very friendly and totally would recommend this urgent care.

They don’t Offer mask , or they should buy them, a sick man was there he said he wants to take the Covid test.

Everything is fast. Got my results. Great service.

Dr. Godbole saw me about severe sunburn on my face and educated me on proper next steps. She really care about the well being of her patients as she called me over the weekend to check if the prescription was affective. She went out of her way and represents Solvhealth very well!

Had severe pain in lower abdomen. Easy to schedule appointment and staff was extremely kind and attentive. Katherine was excellent and prescribed antibiotics. Very thorough and highly recommended them!
