          My last review was mistakenly submitted to AME Medical Group. In fact it was for a different Urgent Care in Cerritos on Bloomfield Ave. which is run by some Chinese people. I apologize for making a wrong submission. Indeed, my experience with AME Medical Group, Norwalk went very well. I am very pleased to meet Dr. Mishal, her humble and polite attitude, her professional knowledge and her dealing with the patients. I am also very pleased to meet the staff who was very professional and polite. Overall my experience with AME Medical Group turned out very good.

          Being able to make an appointment and being seen in a timely manner is a huge plus. Carbon Health in Los Al is my go to Urgent Care as it is for several of my friends. I was greeted with kindness and was checked in immediately. Time from start to finish was about 1 hour. Kudos to Team Sarah, Mony, Bryan and Destiny in their team approach for taking care of us!

          First time here and everyone was super friendly and the facility is really clean. I decided to come here due to symptoms of a sinus infection. I love how easy it was to make an appt, especially same day! I also saw a sign that they take walk ins. Overall great experience!

          So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! They helped us thoroughly, thoughtfully and with incredible kindness. Thank you immensely.

          I was able to get a Telehealth appointment the same day from the awesome front desk scheduling ladies (thank you) and the doctor was able to update my my referrals right away.           I’ve been to this urgent care many times before and I guess they now have an online scheduling system that I wished I knew about sooner. Staff were very friendly and welcoming except for the woman at the check in counter. Very direct and cold. Clinic needs a good deep cleaning. I would still recommend this clinic as the doctors are always great!
