          Melanie went out of her way to accommodate my husband and me when we came in to get Covid tests. Due to our unforeseen scheduling error, we didn't have an appointment at that time, but she said we could wait in case she could fit us in between patients, even though they were fully booked.           If I could give Dr. Vilivalam six stars, I would! I have been seeing Dr. Vilivalam for a while and he is one of the best doctor I've seen. He always takes the time to understand the issue and diagnose accurately and/or provide recommendations. He and his team are warm, welcoming, and helpful. It's also very convenient that I can schedule video visits on his website, and the process is extremely easy. Highly recommend!

          My biggest concern is having patients wait together in the waiting room. Even with masks, being in a small, enclosed, uncirculated space seems like a breeding ground for Covid—especially when the place is a doctor’s office. I’d personally prefer patients wait outside spaced apart of that the door at least be propped open to circulate air better.
