Slipped and fell in the shower.  I walked in to the clinic and was taken care of.  Very nice receptionist and doctor.

I went in as walk in because I had sore throat a long with ear ache my Dr Office does not have urgent care anymore and I've been to this location before so I went back aIcwas pleased with time to be seen and I was treated with the upmost care thanks to your Staff

So I’m like 100% sure I have either the flu or Covid. I came in here only because I have an infant my older boys I’ve had Covid in the flu. My baby is only one and a half so I didn’t want to get swabbed for Covid and the flu the PA who was working I believe his name was Jeremy obviously did not want to do any testing again. I have an infant. I don’t feel like sitting in an urgent care for 12+ hours nor do I feel like having my infant hospitalized due to Covid and or the flu so I had to walk my ass back to the Carbon health to tell them I wanted to get swabbed for Covid and the flu. It’s a little bit annoying that I come out of my way and pay for a visit when I don’t get anything done all he tested me for was strep and I knew I didn’t have strep. He did not listen to any of my concerns and or symptoms He sat there and said that everything seems to be revolving around my throat hurting, which was not the case I never once said that the nurse Lulu was amazing. She helped me and she also did my swab test.

Andrea McFadden was very thorough and detailed I got excellent care from her today! Her bedside manner was wonderful! 5 star!! Last night I showed up at 5:03… they said they closed at 5:00. The gentleman at the front desk was animate about not taking me. I was so Sick last night and he said no! Don’t have an urgent care if you are not go to be compassionate! I have followed this urgent care around for 20 years!!! Despicable behaviour!!! Andrea made up for it! But I was still annoyed!

Felt rushed answered my main concern but I had a secondary related concern and doc was giving me instructions while already walking out the door so didn't get to my second question.

First time here and everyone was super friendly and the facility is really clean. I decided to come here due to symptoms of a sinus infection. I love how easy it was to make an appt, especially same day! I also saw a sign that they take walk ins. Overall great experience!

Wait time was a bit (expected it's an urgent care thankfully they take walk ins). Staff was friendly and everything was clean! Once I saw the Doctors he was very nice, asked questions and assisted me! Great experience overall! Would highly recommend this providers office!

Dr. Watkins  is wonderful she is a great doctor and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy.

Estaba con un ataque de asma cuando la que me atendio vio (desafortunadamente no recuerdo el nombre) actuó rápido dándome un cuarto y llamando a la doctora!  Me atendieron muy bien y rápido!

Scheduling error online. Major conflict. The staff was SO KIND and accommodated me.

Didn’t care for doctor didn’t impress me at all telling me to get go this store get this when sick just need prescription
