I have waited to write this review as i don't like being negative. I have 2 recent experiences at this office. 1 scheduled appointment and 1 walk in with my 2 yr old after an accident. Both times the wait times and office staff and technicians were fantastic. They all appropriately engaged with my daughter and did their best to make her feel comfortable. Unfortunately I am not happy with the care and service of the Nurse Practioner I saw both times. I feel my daughters head laceration was delt with incorrectly, even after multiple questions about the procedure. After a ER visit and CHLA visit for the same laceration later that day, it was deemed that they would have done the treatment differently and as time had passed there was little that could be done. Basically my 2 yr old will probably end up with more of a scar on her forehead due to method that was used. At my following appointment The Nurse Practitioner asked how my 2 yr old was at my and when I explained she made no comment and seemed uninterested.

Woke up with a sore throat and a coat of my tongue. Kelly diagnosed the problem in no time. Sent my prescription over to my pharmacy and off I went. Great service.

So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! They helped us thoroughly, thoughtfully and with incredible kindness. Thank you immensely.

Scheduling error online. Major conflict. The staff was SO KIND and accommodated me.

arrived today for pre-screening and was greeted by the front office staff and really enjoyed the service from the medical assistance to the phlebotomist and the PA. I would definitely recommend Brea urgent care to anyone. Good job.

Wonderful place to go for your doctors visit! They are very friendly once you come in.

I felt like I had a UTI and needed to have it checked out. I found this urgent care on Google and was able to schedule a visit same day on the app. Very clean, quick and professional.

Just moved to the area and had a medical situation that i needed help with. I was able to get a same day appointment and was seen in like 10 minutes after arrival. Great experience!!

Nychelle was awesome! So helpful and friendly and so good with my daughter. You can tell she’s a mom and great with littles and great with me as a first time mom telling me I’m doing great! She was amazing.

Had severe pain in lower abdomen. Easy to schedule appointment and staff was extremely kind and attentive. Katherine was excellent and prescribed antibiotics. Very thorough and highly recommended them!

They don’t Offer mask , or they should buy them, a sick man was there he said he wants to take the Covid test.

My last review was mistakenly submitted to AME Medical Group. In fact it was for a different Urgent Care in Cerritos on Bloomfield Ave. which is run by some Chinese people. I apologize for making a wrong submission. Indeed, my experience with AME Medical Group, Norwalk went very well. I am very pleased to meet Dr. Mishal, her humble and polite attitude, her professional knowledge and her dealing with the patients. I am also very pleased to meet the staff who was very professional and polite. Overall my experience with AME Medical Group turned out very good.
