Other than a 45 minute wait despite having an appointment it was good due to staff. There are. I chairs in waiting room that disabled people like me can use. They all swivel. I suggest you get a solid chair with arms to show you care about your patients. Very unsafe.

The front desk person was rude when I told her we met out out of pocket maximum. She said we still need to pay and that they wouldn’t refund me as it goes to Blue Shield. She offered to reschedule to when her supervisor was there on Monday. I couldn’t do that with my daughter being sick. I told her last time I paid Med 7 a copay they never reimbursed me. She said they’re a different company now. It was very frustrating and should have been verified with insurance prior to my arrival since I had an appointment. The PA was great.

This clinic is rated highly in reviews for their clean offices

Sparkling Clean

Booked my appointment online for a same day visit, super easy and helpful. Got a few reminders even though I schedules same day which was nice as well. The front desk seemed like she didn’t want to be there at all, she was on Instagram while I was getting checked in and didn’t talk much. The MA and the provider were extremely nice and friendly, was a great experience with them.  Would definitely come back

Follow-visit for blisters on both feet. Very sensitive to touch this morning. Made an appointment just 30 minutes out. Checkin was immediate. Placed in room quickly. Nurse took vitals and checked my feet. Doctor came in and examined my feet. Determined a treatment plan. Nurse did the bandage and wraps. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Excellent.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. The staff was very friendly and quick with the COVID tests. I needed a quick COVID test to get back to work and they accommodated very well while following protocol. I would 100% recommend this company to get a COVID test from.

I went in this urgent care for a quick covid test and the ladies in there were very nice and took care of me in a timely manner even with all the customers they had. Was a great experience.

This was the most awesome testing since Covid started. Fast, efficient, friendly service. Very professional and as long as we get our results in a timely manner, your team hit it out of the ballpark!! Thank you so much!

I needed a Covid PCR test for International travel. I researched and thankfully came across this test site. It was very easy to get to, and it didn't take much time. The Staff was inviting and friendly. I would use this facility again if needed.

I came during lunch so a little waiting. My fault. Everyone was wonderful, office staff, med tech and Christina the nurse was excellent. Great experience. Will definitely go back for my next test.

Drive through covid test for travel was very smooth. The staff was very communicative, and efficient. Much appreciated as we move through the pandemic to normalize life and repair the economy with safety.

- Verified patient on 1/26

Friendly staff and the wait time was not long at all...both my husband and I had appointments for 1:43 & 1:46... we were given the test and sent on our way... about 23 hours later we were notified by text that our results were in. We took the covid test because we are flying to Hawaii and the are required 72 hours prior to departure...getting our results back so quickly lifted a huge stress off of both of us....we will definitely be using them again!!

Overall it was a signature moment each step. The greeter had a beautiful smile. The gal that took our medical information displayed professionalism and made us feel so comfortable. The gentleman assisting with the tests provided easy to follow instructions. Praises galore to the whole process!!

The wait seemed long because it was drive by Covid Testing. Other than that, everything else was quick and easy. Staff were very friendly and were dressed appropriately/ wore masks.

- Verified patient on 1/12

We waited an hour in line for the PA, the gal that was actually giving the tests was awesome, friendly, she actually got another PA to help us because it was taking so long

- Verified patient on 2/3

We used drive thru testing services at the airport and while we had to wait well beyond our appt time the staff was friendly, happy, and thorough. Results we really quick and City Health ensured we had all of the correct documentation which made the process painless.

- Verified patient on 1/5

I had a 9:07 appointment and there was a line of about 20-30 cars ahead, so I didn’t get through the test for about an hour. However, the staff was really nice and the testing procedure itself was very simple.

- Verified patient on 4/5

I understand the signage at the airport blew down last week. Recommend you put some signage on the tents so patients can ID your facility from a distance. Maui now requests you upload PCR test 24 hours prior. You can not get tested more 72 hours before. Your staff is quoting a return of tests within 48 hours. Do you see how all this comes together. Creates stress for the traveler. Would suggest you state you will have test results back in 24 to 36 hours. If you are running these tests on the Abbott ID Now or other larger units we all know test results can be achieved very quickly. Less stress...better for everyone. Thx for listening. Staff was courteous and professional!

My wife has not gotten her Covid test results. I got mine. They were both on at the same time and we are concerned that there was a technical problem. Time critical. Customer service in helping has been great. Please help us if you can.

Wonderful experience today. Scheduled an appt on line for a COVID test. They had immediate availability. Staff are professional, thorough and empathetic! I highly recommend a visit when in need! It is by far the best urgent care I have ever used!

- Verified patient on 9/24

Did my covid test at SMF at 933am, just under 72 hours before my flight to hawaii. Received my results after 30 hours on a 48 hour test. The staff was great. The whole process went very well.

- Verified patient on 2/1

Staff had a good sense of humor! We didn’t have to leave our truck! They were precise getting our details correct! They will email the results of our tests to us.

I went to get COVID tested at SMF and would definitely go here again. It was nearby my home, very quick, easy, and less busy compared to other testing sites I’ve been to. I was only there for 10-15 minutes.

My son has autism and having him tested check blood pressure or anything can be hard. The two girls that helped me where so sweet and understanding. I'm always worry and they made me feel so comfortable!

- Verified patient on 8/20

This test was so much better than any other. They let u do it on your own and u don’t have to stick the whole 5 inches of the swab in your nose. It doesn’t hurt at all

Sacramento Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
